| I have a W2k3 Web Server which is designated to be a
| Frontpage web server using an attached storage device for
| the websites.
|
| I create the sites using the OWSADM tool and thats all
| working correctly.
|
| The problem I have is making folders in Frontpage on the
| site afterwards. I can create files no problems and all
| permissions are correct to all folders but when I create
| a folder it says 'Cannot create permissions on folder etc
| etc'
|
| The really wierd thing is that it creates the folder
| perfectly and sets the permissions on it correctly if you
| check the drive. If you try to create another folder it
| works fine as it uses the half processed first attempt.
|
| Anything that uses folder creation hits the problem, such
| as themes. If you go back and repeat the task after each
| error eventually it works fine with all permissions
| correct.
|
| Have tried pretty much everything I can think of, if
| anyone has any ideas?
