Hello,

As far as i know PHP needs IIS to be in 32bit mode to work. So if you set
W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 to 1 it should probably work.

Hi,

including Kristofers Answer,

32bit mode on Vista x64 is not bad at all. In fact, I've done performance
benchmarks, and found no special difference in performance.
