I am having an issue when creating a VD (don't laugh) that there appears to be a limit on the amount of files in the directory. Somewhere in the neighborhood oof 250 -300 files. I am running 2003 with IIS6.0. I have other VDs that don't have this issue. I hope it is something simple.. Please help

I assume there's plenty of disk space? What is limiting you to 250-300
files? Does Explorer not let you copy them into the folder? Does the
ISM simply not display them all?

ISS just doesn't display the page. It comes up with a 500
error. There is plenty of disk space. When I delete some
files, the page comes up. Very strange. I installed a
default.asp into certain folders to make the VD more like
a windows directory and now all the files come up. I
can't figure it out.
