Post subject: Apache, Virtual Host and Single Sign-On
Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

I have a single server with Red Hat Linux 7.1 as the operating system. I am
using Apache2 for my production web environment (port 80) and I have also
setup a virtual host for port 8080 for the development web environment. This
works successfully.

My company has just setup single sign-on and my production environment (80)
works but for some reason, my development environment (8080) has stopped
working correctly. My httpd.conf file looks good. Has anyone else using
this same configuration encountered this same problem? Would it is
beneficial to have two IP addresses on one server to assist single sign-on
so that it can work correctly. I cannot purchase another server so that is
out of the question at this time. Is there a way to get around this issue?
Thanks!

Kevin
