To provide security to MS SQL Server Reporting Services
1) Open up a web browser
2) url =
http://servername/reports
3) If there is an button named Show details, click it
4) On the folder you want to provide access, click the edit icon
5) Click the properties tab
6) Click the sub-tab Security
7) Click the "New Role Assignment"

Under "Group or user name:", enter the security object name
9) Select the role(s) to assign to this new security object
10) Click Ok
