Upload speed limit for each user ? [n00b] - Hello world, I am building my first apache server on an Windows system, and I have just a little problem with the upload of files : each file has an upload speed limit for each user at 30 Ko/s, or 240 KB/s if you prefer. That means that if anyone want.

Assuming I'm reading this right what you get is in fact correct,
considering that your upload speed is 256Kbits if you divide that by 8
then 1024 to get it to KiloBytes then your upload speed is 31.25K

256kb is equivalent to 32kB, are you sure you don't misunderstand your
bandwidth data and tranfer rates ?
