How do I do it?

I downloaded sources of Apache 2.0.50 from www.apache.org, compiled it,
make, make install, and it told me it needed a lot of modules. Where do I
find them? I found then Apache 2.0.50 and all the modules in rpm format,
but whenever I try to install Apache and modules, it tells me that
something cannot be installed for some library-module is missing, even if
I have installed it.
Now I can't use old version of pache anymore, and I don't know how to
install new version.
Could you help me, please?

Francesco

You probably had the old version provided by your distribution
that inclued all the possibile modules. I suggest you wipe out
the current version and get it back from your CDs using whatever
package manager you're using.

If you don't need any functionality of the new version DO NOT
upgrade.

I recompiled, and I installed it again, but when i try to connect to my
page, I get this error

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

I don't know why this is happening, I modified the httpd.conf file
according the old one I had with apache 2.0.48, but now it is not working.

Any help?
