Post subject: Unmetered virtual private servers

If you need massive amounts of bandwidth, then your option would be unmetered virtual private servers. With these VPS servers you have the predictability of paying a fixed amount no matter what the bandwidth. Make sure that the hosting provider enables you to not rapidly scale the hosting options as your demand grows.

Note that unmetered virtual private server services can still be throttled by the host, in the sense that you have to look at the maximum size of the pipe allotted to you. This is determined among other things by the LAN bandwidth, your network card bandwidth, and the quality and numbers of network providers your host is signed up with.
