IIS 5 with URLScan Can't give http access to an executable

Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

Taken .exe out of the denyfileextensions, still comes up with page cannot be found. No problem with IIS 4 servers or other filetypes in the same directory.

Did you restart IIS after changing URLScan configuration -- URLScan requires
restarting the server for the change to take effect.

If that doesn't work, please look in the log file and report what it
contains for the request in question.
