Post subject: Turn on/off SMTP server by batch file
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)
Is it possible to turn SMTP service on/off via batch file?

I can't leave mine running, but need it to run every so often to send
something vial email and CDONTS.
