I have posted a zip file to be downloaded from my site by
clicking on it via a link.

The problem is that it stops mid-way through. When you
cancel it and restart the download, it finishes, but the
resulting file is corrupt.

Any idea why a file can't be downloaded from my site?

You can test it here if you like:
http://beingaman.com/rating_instrument.htm

Thanks!

Well.. considering the HTML page barely loaded (I gave up) you need to get
off whatever host you are on and to one that isn't slow/overloaded.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Downloaded fine here.

But your webserver seems to have a very slow internet connection. That will
cause problems for your visitors. I would recommend you to host it on a
server with more bandwidth, that will probably solve your problem.
