How can I synchronize my Intranet folder over the WAN to
other servers.

How would you like to? Smile

There are many possibilities, from using replication through a VPN to
timed FTP transfers, each has it's own merits and restrictions.

Look into the replication service, or since this is a VPN you could
use a tool like RoboCopy from the resource kit.
