You can do it by URL-rewriting with mod_rewrite or by virtual hosts
and fixing your hosts file. But <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.127.0.0.1" target="_blank">www.127.0.0.1</a> isn't a really good
hostname, you'd better decide about a correct hostname first.
You can also use dynamic VHost and never touch again your configuration
file.
