Hi, my name is Scott Wilson
Great idea and website.
A joint venture is always a good way to get your name out in the
internet marketplace. You can do a deal with another website that has
a simliar market to yours and split the profits with the owner of the
website. This provides a win/win for all. You just need to make sure
they have a big enough email list.
Also another good option is to build an opt-in by giving away a free
e-book on your subject or related subject to your website. In today's
internet world you don't even how to write the information yourself,
you can go to <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.elance.com" target="_blank">www.elance.com</a> where you can get the copywriting done
for you for a small fee.
I hope these couple of suggestions help you. One of the key things to
remember when marketing / advertising online is not to forget about
marketing your website offline.
To help you with this here is a link to my free ebook (Not written by
me)called "How to make Maximum Profits In Minimum Time" This is more
targetted to offline marketing, but it should give you some good
ideas.

Let me know how you get on! Good Luck!
Kind Regards
Scott Wilson
