Hi,

Experiencing a stupid problem with slash...

On my Apache, my DocumentRoot is set to be /var/www/html. And I have a
directory called /var/www/html/test1

If i type http://www.myserver.com/test1/ (with a '/' at the end),
I can go to the correct page under the test1 directory. Otherwise, if
there is no slash at the end, the server cannot resolve the address.

Any idea? could it be related to the DNS setup??

Thanks!

cheers, Dan

There's an entry about that in Apache 1.x FAQ:

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#set-servername" target="_blank">http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#set-servername</a>

Maybe it applies to your case.
