The site is too busy. Looks more like a Flash game than a website where
information can be found. I hope you told them this...

My first thought was "what the hell is it?"
Then I clicked on the links and nothing happened.
All I see in the centre of the screen is a big image. Is there supposed
to be something there?
Firefox.

The links don't really go anywhere. Just copies.
And the main center img is gone once in site.
Hmm.. I checked it in IE, Firebird and Netscrape.

So it's a splash page Allis? Don't like it.
Don't get me wrong. Graphically it's nice, and portrays security, but it
looks more like a PC game than a service.

Sweet
That's exactly what my initial thoughts were..and mine, and yours are not to
far off.
The site's backend utilizes the top and bottom header graphics while that
splashy big graphic becomes a control panel.
The site is, for all intents and purposes, a control panel. Video and audio
feeds with remote controls...etc.
They wanted it to look kind of gamey, flashy, but make sure it
looks...secure and strong.

Interesting start! I like the "textured" feeling. Hell of a long domain
name though. Couldn't they get something shorter!?

Long doesn't make it bad. It's easy to remember. It says what it does.

Not sure. Think it's their's tho. It wasn't mine
They sent me the one huge pic. It was 1024x768 to start.
I had to optimize, and do a bunch of brightness, contrast and filter and
'stuff' ... and slice it up.
Their market is going to be high end, given the biz, and most of their
clients won't really be using the site per se, as much as the backend once
they config and setup.

One quick comment, the intial table is set to 800 pixels, should be 750,775
to allow for scroll bars in browsers operating on 800x600 monitors.
