Is there a way to simplify deployment of a website to a web farm with
multiple servers? Could I just put all the files on a NAS share and set up
all the servers to look to that location? What is the best practice way to
deal with this so that I can have a single location for web site files served
by multiple farm servers?

No best practice way. You have to adapt the common procedures to your
specific scenario and requirements.

Hi Dan,

A best deployment plan like this needs to be worked out based on specific
scenario. All common information of building up IIS with UNC or NAS share
is documented in the link provided by David.

Please refer to the article first. If you get any detailed question or meet
any problem in the actual process, please post it here. We will be glad to
assist.

Have a nice week.

Sincerely,

WenJun Zhang
