Using Windows: I have one directory setup with Apache which all
sub-directories fall under.

My question is, is it possible to add other directories under Apaches
control which are not under the default root directory (127.0.0.1)

So if I have a hard drive directory layout as:

/ a
/ b
/ test
/ website

And the default for Apache is /website (127.0.0.1), could I then somehow
add /test to be under Apaches control... short of moving the directory
/test into the /website directory? If this is possible, how would this be
done?

This is only for testing designs offline, not serving live pages.

Use VirtualHosts. See the documentation of Apache
