It's called DNS, and there's a DNS news group to help you with it.
Your HELP has a lot of information as well...

Hello,

You need atleast 2 servers, with public, static IPs (and highly recommended,
on two different subnets, connected to two different ISPs).
Then register the name server.

So...you do not do this for a couple of websites...it costs to much.

hehe - I was hoping that was the case, I have this installed and running
right now - doing all this for personal education really Smile

Can I just tell me domain registrant the new ip address for the name
servers? If so, what would I need to enable in the dns service to deal with
it?
