IIS Server DCOM Error Event ID 10004 after joining domain

Hi Ken,
the exact error is followed by a warning regarding the
the W3SVC.
DCOM got error "overlapped I/O operation is in progress"
and was unable to logon .\IWAM_MSS in order to run the
server:
3D14228D-F.....

The warning says;
server failed to load application /LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT
