Hi, my name is Tami.

I am trying to build a business. I need to build a larger client base
and
any suggestions that are low cost or no cost. I do have a website it
is still under construction. I sell a service and products.

I also need to know how to contact or meet a private invester? Someone
that
would be willing to contribute funding for a piece of the profit
and/or a
percentage of the company.

Bank loans are out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You are looking for joint ventures. I would do a search for 'Joint
Ventures' on google. You may find websites that will give you tips on
finding joint ventures. You will find someone interested in partnering
with you if your products or services are going to benefit his/her
customers.

It depends which country you live in, but in Britain there are other
ways of raising funds to start a small business apart from bank loans.
Check with your local authorities as there may be Government funds
available to help with this so long as you have a valid business plan.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
