Good evening,
I have a few question regarding to search submission. I did a search on
google for free search engine submission, and got a few few one. My
question is what's the difference between those search engine which you have
to pay than the free one, are they legite? I have a limited budget and
would like to promote my site...

Which ones specifically were you thinking of (to pay for). Some are
notorious and some are legit. Let us know which one and we can comment.

The pay sites will give you a good ranking even if your page is crap because
they get your $$$ and don't care if you optimize them like us hard working
people.

I have a site I did all my own submissions on and have EXCELLENT rankings.
If you would like to see the rankings and/or pages on ANY search engine
write me and I will give you the keywords.
