Hi,

I have a completely legitimate opt-in newsletter I need to send out to
about 6000+ addresses, but since I switched ISPs recently (to Comcast) I
can no longer use my newsletter software's local SMTP server without
something like a 90% failure rate due to blacklisting of Comcast's IP
blocks.

Can anyone recommend an external SMTP server service that is not
ridiculously expensive? This is only a quarterly newsletter, so I'd
prefer a per-transmission charge to monthly billing. (Of course, free
would be welcome, but not expected).

Thanks.
