Well, there must be some delegation somewhere - somewhere there is a .br
TLD, then a com.br sub-domain, and the the flp-sp.com.br subdomain
underneath. So, you'd need to check that the DNS server that says where
*your* nameservers are has the delegation entries in their correctly.
As well, we're talking about the remote SMTP server here. The remote SMTP
server is supposed to be doing a lookup of your domain details, and it's
failing. Why? Who knows - maybe the remote SMTP server is stupid, maybe
their are having network issues. Maybe the delegation is not configured
correctly. etc
