SMS gateway (reverse)

Greetings One and All

Has anyone built an SMS to WWW gateway?

Wondering what hurdles/hoops need to be negotiated. I'd be looking for
one o' them (so called) fast-text numbers.

Aha - well I already have a mail to web gateway/parser that I could dust
off, so I guess that would work as an interim solution. I'd rather have a
road-map for hauling meself a little further up the food chain. I suppose
I'd probably also need the more traditional net-to-SMS gateway sooner or
later.
