I uploaded a shopping cart to my website on iPowerweb server. I
uploaded it to ( /public_html/sf/index.html )

Would it work if all the files were uploaded into ( /public_html ) ?

website is : nnpworks.com

I know very little about this stuff. I can't find the cart on my
website and don't know how to link the files uploaded to my ftp site
to the cart.

Probably simple stuff TIA
