SAP Business one??

Has anyone used the ecommerce module for SAP Business one (
http://www.sap.com/uk/businessone/ ) a client of mine has bought their
accountacy package and wants to change over their current ecommerce
package (x-cart) to the one from SAP mainly because apparently you can
show prices in multiple currencies and rather than having to go into the
website to collect orders the package automatically downloads it to the
accountacy package, im hesitante that I want to be involved in it as
like im sure other developers have their own favourite ecommerce
soloutions and like sticking to them.

So questions are
1)has anyone use the SAP ecommerce module
2) if yes how easy is it to intergrate into a current website
3) how flexible is it to modify the look and feel of the ecommerce
sections
4) are there any unofficial support communites

The client has already bought the package so i cant persuade him
otherwise.
