Reversed proxy

Hi,

I have a Apache HTTP server [A] that needs to use another Apache HTTP
server [B] with reversed proxy configuration. The problem is that between
A and B it is a HTTP Proxy Server. [A] belongs to domain mycompany.com and
[B] to othercompany.com.

How can I configure this?

if you're using apache2 you want to read about ProxyRemote, if not,
you want to upgrade - no dice with 1.3 without hacking mod_proxy...
