It's not your code, it's the redirect. For example use Internet Explorer,
navigate to your page. View Source from the 'view' menu - not via right
click. You will see a frameset provided by your domain host. I have never
used 1&1 but they can probably manage a domain forward (terminology may
vary) redirect instead - I suggest you ask them.
As a reasonable alternative, have you investigated free hosts that allow you
to use your own domain name?
