Hi,

The charity I provide the website for need to build a new dog building
and have asked if it is possible to have a page on the site that shows
the progress of donations towards the cost of the building, something
like 'Donate a Brick'. Is there any way I could have a page with say a
thermometer or a wall and have it be filled in as the total of donations
rises?

thanks
Gerald

Quite easy really,
Write a script that has the variables:
$target
$raised

Work out percentage.

Then display an image: <img src="foo" height="percentage">

the easiest method would be to just edit the image once a week and
upload it. or once a day if you felt like it.

you could also generate the image on the fly server side but that would
be overkill.
