Hi there. I've had Apache running on my W2K box for a while and am
also using PHP and MySQL. This is pretty common. Now - all of a sudden
I keep getting errors from Apache whenever I try to access the
Privileges in MySQL.

This primarily happens using PHPMyAdmin but happens other time. I'm
not sure if it's Apache that is the problem, but the error box that
comes up says it's Apache that's crashed. Here's the error:

[Sat Jan 17 00:38:20 2004] [notice] Parent: child process exited with
status 3221225725 -- Restarting.

Anybody have any thoughts or pointers...?
