PGP - Validating Key

Hi:

I'm attempting to verify the integrity of my apache download, but
I'm slightly confused by step on the apache website that talks about
validating the authenticity of the key. Do I call up one of the
people in the KEYS file, send them an email, or fly them out to my
house to get them to verify the key finger print? Thanks for your
help.
