I'm wondering if top auction sites will start a scoring system, rating
the average and highest ticket a bidder has paid. This would allow an
auction item to restrict bidders based on the bidder's score or
multiple of that score. With most parts serialized, delivery
confirmation, and with credit companies and PayPal offering both
seller and buyer dispute resolution, a seller might allow electronic
payments instead of cashier check and money order. Meanwhile,
shoppers like me won't feel safe sending cash on large tickets.
