I think that the server is actually redirecting to the SSL secured site, but
there is some kind of imcompatibility between what the browser supports, and
what the server is offering.
- Can the client machine in question reach the other secured site OK?
- Can you look in the HTTP logs (c:\winnt\system32\logfiles\<sitenumber>\)
for the server you are trying to reach, and post the HTTP status code (or
the whole log entry) for the failed request?
