I'm looking for an open source Wiki that uses PHP or Perl and Oracle.

I've tried PHP Wiki and wasn't really psyched about it.

I'd like similar functionality to the Python-based MoinMoin with say, a
WYSIWYG widget like FCKEditor for n00bs who don't know the wiki markup.

It is the same software that powers wikipedia. I have four wikis based
on it.
