ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Disk or network Error

When I try open my website http://www.usa24.cc , I got ]
[ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Disk or network error,

Here's the things I been try.
1. Setup permission on registry ODBC
2. make sure C:\winnt\temp permission.

My Server are , Windows 2000 server, Service 4, I am
using Access 2000.

Please help me thank you
