Hi..

I have my files uploaded on Apache server
into SSL protected folder...

when I try to view the page then the Forbidden message appears!

I want here to the Login UserName and password dialog ask me!
for login. Is this possible?

I have plesk control panel!

Be sure the files are world-readable: ls -l should show rwxr-xr-x for
every file. For the login thing, you have to use .htaccess and
htpasswd. See the documentation on <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.apache.org" target="_blank">www.apache.org</a> and/or ask your
hosting provider.

thanx... but i still have problems..

i create .htaccess file and
..htpasswd with generator

but I always get Forbidden error
and not the expected login dialog Sad

maybe you know where is the trick?

You should check in the Apache error log for more information, if the
directory is world-readable and executable you should receive at least
a different message, be sure that in the dir there is an index.html
file also.
It could be an idea if everything else fail to drop a mail to the
Hosting Provider Help Desk.
