Hidden Worldpay Remittence Fees

I have used Worldpay as a credit card payment system and they promise to
remit the money to a designated bank account. After a few remittance I
noticed that $35 was missing above and beyond the fees they were supposed to
charge. When I contacted Worldpay they gave me excuse number 1: my bank must
be charging me $35. I went to my bank to ask them about this and they
presented me with the following:

1. that they were charging only $10 for processing the remittance to my
account;
2. and they gave me a document indicating that there recieved the remittence
with a $25.00 fee already missing; and the payment came in from the
"National Westminster Bank".

When I investigated this further I found that the "National Westminster
Bank" also belonged to The Royal Bank of Scotland same as Worldpay. When I
advised Worldpay that money was effectively missing they denied that it had
anything to do with them or the "National Westminster Bank" but I could pay
a fee to trace the money.

Seems rather weird that I have to pay Worldpay a fee to find out why money
they are supposed to put in my bank account is missing.
