IF sp2 is all you have, and you are on the internet, you are probably getting attacked. I would highly suggest moving to sp4; if not, sp3. Run windowsupdate
afterwards for all the latest updates.

| What prevents IIS manager from loading on a 2000 server
| box w/sp2. If I check the Windows installed components,
| IIS is checked (installed) but it's acting like it's not
