MSWC.Tools

I moved an ASP application from a Windows 2000 to a Windows 2003 server.
I'm using MSWC.Tools to validate the existence of some files.
I got the next error:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
