IIS6, MSWC.PermissionChecker, IIS Resource Kit

Hi All,

I wrote an application on IIS5 and just moved it to IIS6.

The MSWC.PermissionChecker component appears to be NOT installed.

I installed the IIS Resource Kit by suggestion, but that doesn't seem to
make any difference.

Any suggestions?

I think I'll just try to read the file. If I get an error, I'll know I
don't have permission to access it.
