Post subject: Login Not There

I have IIS on a win 2003 server and it appears to be setup properly because
when I set up its default content page as a standard html file, it works but
when it is an aspx file which our login page is, i get a 404 page not found
error.
The html page and the aspx file are in the same directory so the issue is
not that the file does not exist, I just dont know what is not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you enabled ASP.NET in the Web Service Extensions folder (IIS MMC)?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

You need to install ASP.NET. KB Article 332124 has instructions for this:

"IIS 6.0: ASP.NET Is Not Automatically Installed on Windows Server 2003"
