From your brief description of your setup (I haven't implemented it
using two different machines each with a separate O/S), I can only
suggest that you make sure that all of the paths are correctly in
place for worker files, etc. (this is a common problem with
implemention on one machine); and that you make sure that there are
proper permissions set across the network (here, you may have to give
Apache a separate user account -- i.e., a guest account -- with access
to the shared folder).
