They do not.


However, a recently leaked Google internal memo revealed an
interesting aspect of their Page Rank formulae. Apparently pages are
hand checked by a Miss Elsa Jones, and she has the ability to tweak PR
up/down by two points depending upon how she likes the page. It
appears that she has a hate-thing about men in blue jeans with large
tools - apparently she has a history of poor workman at her house.
