Link Indexing Script

I am looking for a script to index links. The thing that
makes finding one difficult is that I want one that has a submission
page that includes a button graphic so that the poster can put a
graphic link up on the site.

  Any suggestions? I'd prefer freeware, but I'd be willing to
spend a *few* dollars for it.
