| I have the follwing setup:

| An IIS 5 server, with various virtual webservers.

| Some of these webservers use connections to an externel SQl and a Oracle
| database. One of the applications is not written correclty and it looks like
| it takes all connections to an external database.

| Than all virtual server are no longer able to connect to the databases.
