You need Windows Server 2003 Enterprise or Datacenter SKU with WSRM to have
that sort of fine-grained resource control. I hope you also are using a
Windows User account and not some custom auth user credential..
IIS6 will detect some infinite loops, and there is a crude Health Monitoring
metric based on CPU.

Can I limit the amount of CPU resource a user account can use? I would like
to protect against certain scripts (infinite loop..), if one user run it it
could only use up to the certain amount of CPU resource and won't affect the
