Does IISLOG log exist in Window 2003 ISS 6.0?

Are you talking about the log that gets created when setup runs? This file
is called iis6.log and it is located in your windows folder. If you are
asking about the log files that IIS uses to logs all requests to your
sites, these files are located at windows\system32\logfiles.
