If you know how they work and are set up and how to apply the files,
can you drop me a line? I have to ramp up on the use of these and
apply them.

I believe Nuke is one of them?

Thanks in advance.!

I believe you are talking about CMS (content management systems).
PHPNuke, PostNuke, etc. are CMS. CMS allows you to launch a website,
manage content (your own, and user contributed), and have things like
link pages, forums, etc.

So in other words you can set up a complete website portal. Just go
to the respective sites for each, and there is plenty of information.
