I'm receiving the following Dr. Watson message on my NT 4.0 SP6a
running Exchange 5.5 SP4 with OWA.

inetinfo.exe exception access violation (0xc0000005)
address : 0x77f64bc6

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Run IISState in crash mode and we can see what is causing the crash:

iisstate -p <pid of inetinfo> -hc <enter>

It will attach and wait for the crash. When the crash occurs, it will
generate a log file that we should be able to read and identify the culprit.

Thanks for the reply Pat. I think I may have found the problem, but I
will hang on to your reply in case I haven't....

The hotfix detailed in

to have fixed the problem.....
